I was particularly fascinated by the decision of the EC in Windows which produced a split between US and EU competition law on the fundamental aim of competition law: consumer welfare. By comparing and contrasting the US and EC jurisdictions my learning trajectory grew steeper and allowed me to develop a critical and thorough understanding of a practice area from a more international perspective. I was very impressed by Chadbourne and Parke LLP’s range and variety of deals.
